FAB Sponsored Program: Art Serve Presents: The Art of Language

“The Art of Language: Celebrating the Aesthetic and Intellectual Beauty of Words” is an homage to words, showcasing all aspects of language as an art form. Expect to see:

• 📚 Bookbinding
• 🎨 Graphic design
• 🖋️ Typography
• ✍️ Calligraphy
• 💃 Interpretative dance
• 👋 American Sign Language

Multidisciplinary artworks by local artists will highlight how language inspires their work. Visitors can explore first-edition books, antique typewriters, a printing press, and a vintage calligraphy set. A sign language interpreter will be present at the opening reception.
