Oona is preparing to flow northward for a few years to study and load up the liberatory toy box that's been enriching our communities with PLAYGRND experience. As a token of gratitude to the beings and places that have shaped their journey over the last 7 years in the Bay, they want to gift back some of the inspired music — from boohoo to thank you! 🙃

At Fairy Wells, enjoy a selection of songs specifically caught by waterway inspiration. Hum and move to these tunes as an act of resistance against the carceral technologies aiming to stagnate our inner and outer waterways, and as a prayer for the protection and free flow of life.

✨ Featuring an indigo dyed textile series by Ayo Balogun, inspired by their attention to the daylighted and culverted portions of a local creek.

🎤 Come for music by Oona Valle, performed alongside Selena Feliciano, Cole Rainey, Ayo Balogun, and Satchi Thockchom. Stick around for a jam session!

💖 We'll be receiving donations to support the band, a live studio recording session happening the following week, and to assist with Oona's transition to Canada! Feel free to bring an instrument, a prop, a snack to share, and most importantly - your goofy selves!
