We’re back again with another edition of Function at the Star of Bethnal Green! With summer season in full swing, we’re so excited to have the legendary loveyouinthemorning joining us for a little pre-Carni shutdown, to get you in the mood for the best weekend of the year.

Expect sound system classics, along with some left field selections to get you warmed up for the real thing.

LYAM is an enigmatic East London songwriter; also known as loveyouinthemorning. A boundary defying new voice for the UK, making a blend of experimental UK rap, dance and sound system culture. As a mixed-media creative, this cinematic artist sees music as a blank canvas for sound design to create “worlds within worlds".
