Join us for a fun hands-on session where you'll learn how to make your own ginger beer!

Tonight, we will craft a large batch of ginger beer for EnergieKas, and each participant will get their very own ginger bug to take home so you can start brewing ginger beer yourself! 🌱

What to Bring:

• A glass jar for your ginger bug
• We'll provide all the necessary ingredients!

This workshop is part of Rotclub, a fermentation club in The Hague dedicated to exploring different food cultures. Together, we aim to share and develop knowledge, skills, and facilities around fermentation, emphasizing health, microbial life, and emerging collective food cultures.
