Upon arrival, please proceed to the Fans Check-in Counter.
Present your Luma event registration QR Code to our staff.
Upon successful check-in, you will receive a SGD 20 OFF voucher (with a minimum spend of SGD 100) and a numbered sticker corresponding to your check-in order. The voucher is valid for August 15 only.
Enjoy your shopping experience at the Pop-up Store. (No minimum purchase required.)
After completing your purchase, present both your purchase receipt and numbered sticker at the counter to redeem your corresponding exclusive fan gifts.
Please note: Screenshots, copied QR codes, or expired QR codes will not be accepted.

• All participants are encouraged to wear Sanrio-themed outfits (Cosplay is strongly encouraged!)
• Fan Rewards are limited and distributed on a first come, first served basis. Each participant is allowed one QR Code and one reward only. Reward selection or exchange requests will not be accepted.
• Only fans presenting their confirmation email with a valid QR code at check-in are eligible; screenshots will not be accepted.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to participate.
