A guided movement class in nature to mobilise the body, energise the system, and reconnect mind and body.
A midweek reset designed to bring you back into flow through simple warm-ups, embodied movement, and playful exploration.
Led by a contemporary dance facilitator from New Zealand, drawing on a background in contemporary dance training from Aotearoa.
