Join us for Healthy Family Day on August 1! 🎉 This free, family-friendly, all-day event features:

This event brings together sports, wellness, family programs, and community partnerships to showcase the full range of what the Y offers. Families can enjoy free Y activities throughout the day!

This year’s Healthy Family Day is part of ESPN’s Take Back Sports movement in partnership with Disney, offering free multisport clinics and hands-on YMCA experiences across various program areas. Families can try new activities, build confidence, stay active, and explore new interests in a fun, supportive environment.

As we head into the fall season, this event gives families a chance to explore our programs and see how the Y helps them stay active, engaged, and connected in the months ahead.
