Mark your calendars for a delightful exploration of frontier life at Heritage Day, taking place on three separate days in 2026:

• Wednesday, April 29
• Thursday, April 30

Since its inception in 2012, this beloved annual event has continued to grow, providing a fantastic opportunity for guests to experience historical trades and crafts up close! 🛠️✨

At Heritage Day, you can:

• SEE skilled artisans showcasing their crafts
• FEEL the textures of historical materials
• TOUCH tools and goods representative of the frontier life.

The event runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, allowing you to explore at your own pace. For just $8 per day, guests aged 3 and older can immerse themselves in various demonstrations, with enough time to truly enjoy everything on offer.

Take advantage of the beautiful April weather by packing a picnic! 🍽️🌳 Feel free to enjoy your lunch on the lawn of the Bowen House or anywhere throughout Moss-Wright Park.

Heritage Day welcomes everyone, from individuals to school and tour groups. If you have a group of 5 or more, please make reservations in advance. For smaller groups, reservations are encouraged for a smoother experience.
