This workout is designed for all fitness levels! 💪 Intensity can be tailored to your needs with alternative exercises available.

This session is FREE and open to everyone without medical restrictions for participating in HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training!).
Led by: Rail
An IT Engineer passionate about fitness, Rail is a certified Functional Trainer and is becoming a Personal Trainer. He loves helping others enhance their physical condition and overall well-being through various activities like Jiu-Jitsu, yoga, and kickboxing.
