Join us for a casual evening dedicated to Portland's AI builders to experiment, ship, and connect — no pressure, no pitch decks, no judging. Just a room full of people eager to explore what's possible with AI.

Hosted by PDX Hacks and led by Jim, an engineer deeply involved in the Claude Code ecosystem, this event is all about sharing knowledge and learning from each other.

What to Expect

Come experiment with Claude Code in a low-stakes environment. Whether you're a first-timer or already integrating it into your workflow, there's something for everyone!

• Ship a small project from scratch
• Get unstuck on something you've been building
• Pair up with another builder
• Or just observe and learn from others

You'll fit right in if you're a...

• Developer curious about AI-native coding
• Founder or designer wanting to build your own tools
• Engineer already using Claude, Codex, or Cursor and looking to dive deeper
• Complete beginner who's never opened a terminal (seriously, come anyway!)

Bring

• Laptop (optional but recommended)
• Claude Code installed if you have it (we'll help you get set up if not)
• A project idea, a half-built thing, or just curiosity
