Join us for an ✨ Elevated Spring Dinner as we kick off our Farm to Table Dinner Series! Experience an unforgettable evening of exquisite dining under twinkling lights at our beautifully decorated venue, perfect for an intimate and magical gathering.
🍸 Cocktail Hour: Enjoy a delightful selection of cocktails included in your ticket. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
- Fizzy Bee’s Knees — Gin, lemon, honey, egg white
- Gold Rush Stinger — Bourbon, lemon & honey simple syrup, orange bitters, smoked lemon peel
- Pollinator — Thyme, mint, rose petals, rum, rose simple syrup, lime, club soda
- Bourbon 75 — Honey, vodka, lemon, champagne
🍽️ Four-Course Spring Menu:
- Shrimp Crostini – Shrimp marinated in jalapeño lime vinaigrette atop toasted baguette, fresh tomatoes, avocado serrano sauce, and cilantro.
- Citrus Salad – Mixed greens, mandarin oranges, bee pollen, honey vinaigrette, sunflower seeds, and shaved fennel.
- Chicken Piccata – Boneless chicken thigh with lemon, capers, asparagus, and linguine.
- Dessert – Lemon Berry Tart with lemon curd, berry compote, fresh berries, and mint.
