Dear Senior Kendokas!
We are thrilled to invite you to the prestigious 24th Hungary Momiji Cup, an International Senior Kendo Tournament, happening on 21 November 2026 in Budapest.
This event is designed to celebrate and challenge the skills of senior kendo practitioners across three age categories: 40+, 50+, and 60+. Over the years, the Hungary Momiji Cup has become a cherished tradition, offering a unique platform for senior kendokas to deepen their expertise on an international stage.
Every year, enthusiastic participants from various countries join us, showcasing the commitment and vitality of the senior kendo community. This gathering not only honors the lifelong learning of kendo but also inspires the younger generation by demonstrating the limitless potential for growth at any age.

• 20 November (Friday)
  6:00 PM – 7:30 PM – Senior Keiko
• 21 November (Saturday)
  10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Hungary Momiji Cup
  Venue: Kodály Zoltán Általános Iskola, Marczibányi tér 1, 1022 Budapest
• 22 November (Sunday)
  10:00 AM – 11:30 AM – Open Asageiko

🏆 Tournament Categories:

• Senior A: Individual (40+), male/female, no grade restriction
• Senior B: Individual (50+), male/female, no grade restriction

• Senior Team: Mixed teams, formed on-site
  Participants in the 50+ and 60+ categories are also welcome to compete in younger age categories.
