Illuminations Yoga™ is an All-Level’s Yoga practice inspired by Jenny’s book, Mind Over Mat. In this class, you'll explore your personal preferences and balance through the 5-Elements. You will be gently guided while being encouraged to tune into your inner-guru and experience “Chit Ananda” – an alignment fostering inner peace and joy.

Illuminations Yoga™ focuses on discovering ease in the body, mind, and spirit. Each class theme is based on the Astro-Numerology of the day.

About Jenny

Jenny Gallagher is a wellness expert, private consultant, public speaker, and yoga teacher with an E-RYT 200 certification. She is also a 3-time published author trained in Life, Business, and Wellness Coaching. Additionally, Jenny is a Reiki Practitioner and holds a Masters in Ayurvedic Nutrition. As a certified Numerology Practitioner through the Numerology Academy, she specializes in Astro-Numerology.

Jenny's objective is to help others thrive. Her passion for understanding energy through various modalities, including Jungian Archetypes, has personally transformed her life, and she is dedicated to sharing this knowledge with those who wish to connect the dots.

Her innovative programs include Illuminations Yoga™, Illuminate Mind+Body, and Conscious Self Discovery, all aimed at enhancing focus and energetic alignment.
