The phrase “In Lak’ech,” which means “you are my other me” in Mayan, reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive, authentic dance environment that enhances visibility for LGBTQ2S+ individuals in traditionally heteronormative Latin dance settings. By empowering strong LGBTQ2S+ dancers, we promote awareness and open-mindedness, positively impacting both the community and society at large.
