A Psychology & Personal Growth Workshop

Life doesn't always give us the chance to stop and ask how we're really doing. Many of us spend our days working, studying, creating, caring for others, or adapting to constant change. It's easy to feel overwhelmed or disconnected without even noticing.

Support Circle is a space to slow down.

This small-group workshop allows participants to reflect, share experiences, and explore practical psychological tools in a respectful and supportive environment.

The workshop is led by a licensed Clinical Psychologist and is conducted entirely in English, welcoming both internationals and English-speaking locals. No previous experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to grow.

Begüm Karausta is a Clinical Psychologist based in Warsaw, working with both international and Polish clients. Alongside her private practice, she supports employees of major organizations across Poland, helping people navigate life transitions, workplace challenges, relationships, and emotional well-being. Her approach combines evidence-based psychology with practical tools that participants can apply in everyday life.
