irid Semester Preview Pizza Party

Welcome to irid — a space, a feeling, and a community! 🌟 Join us this fall for an exciting inaugural semester filled with unique courses and events.

What to Expect:

• Open House Style Mingling: Meet creative and curious individuals while exploring interactive installations that delve into core questions of our courses:
  • How might makers collaborate with machines through improvisation and chance?
  • What would it look like to redesign aging, intentionally and in community?
  • How can we take inspiration from nature to grow more mindful spaces online?

Schedule:

• 5:30-6:30 PM: Open house / interactive exhibits
• 6:30-7:30 PM: Introduction to irid and the Teaching Fellows
• 7:30-9:00 PM: More open house, pizza, and mingling

Dress Code: Get into the spirit of art school! Wear colorful prints, an edgy modernist aesthetic, or anything in between. 🎨

Food & Beverages: Pizza and drinks will be provided. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or accommodation requests in your RSVP.

Interested in Courses? Enrollment for the semester (starting late September) opens on August 15th, with early bird pricing ending on August 31st. After the party, look for a discount code in your inbox to apply the cost of a regular ticket towards course fees!
