About the event

🌍 Join us for a workshop on AI governance!

On 25 August, we will explore the essential question: Who owns what the AI agent does? 🤔

No AI agent develops in isolation. Its actions are influenced by the data it learns from, the tools it accesses, the people involved in its creation, the policies it adheres to, and the organization that deploys it. If it takes a village to raise a child, what does it take to responsibly raise an AI agent?

As AI agents gain more access, autonomy, and influence, governance must be integrated from the start. Decisions must be made about what an agent is permitted to do, what remains a human responsibility, and who is accountable when things go awry.

Workshop Highlights:

  • 👥 Who's in the village? Everyone involved in shaping the agent, from the data team to the board.
  • 📅 What governance looks like in practice, not just in theory.
  • 🔒 How to establish boundaries that foster trust without hindering innovation.
  • 🛠️ Aline's framework for governing AI agents.
  • ⚖️ Understanding where shared responsibility ends and individual accountability begins.

Participants will engage with a real AI-agent scenario, identify governance gaps, and discuss what must be established before the agent can be trusted with significant tasks.

Speaker:
