Welcome to the Language Exchange! 🎉

Join us for an enriching experience where English and Japanese speakers come together!

Event Details:

• Location: Atrium Food Court, 595 Bay St., M5G 2C2, Toronto
• Participation Fee:
  • $2 for Japanese individuals (born and raised in Japan, currently studying English)
  • $5 for non-Japanese individuals (studying Japanese)

All proceeds are used to maintain our website and support future language exchange events and social gatherings. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏

RSVP Information:

• RSVP opens: Saturday, 5:00 PM
• Cancellation deadline: Saturday, 2:00 PM (same day)
• RSVP closes: Saturday, 3:00 PM (same day)

Schedule:

• 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM: Check-in & Group placement
• 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM: Japanese conversation
• 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM: English conversation

Members will be divided into groups of 3-4 based on language level for 45-minute sessions of casual conversation or informal study. Feel free to ask questions and enjoy your sessions! 😊

Important Policies:

• No-shows or lateness of over 15 minutes will be classified as a no-show (after three no-shows, membership will be canceled).
• If you're running late, please notify the organizer. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may prevent your participation.

Waitlist:

• If the event is full, you can register for the waiting list. If a spot opens up, those on the waitlist will be prioritized.
