Event Details 🌍
Welcome to the Language Exchange! This event is designed for individuals looking to practice their Japanese and English skills. Participants will be grouped into small groups of 3-4 based on their language level, allowing for engaging conversations in both languages.
Participation Fee 💵
- Japanese participants (those born and raised in Japan currently studying English): $2
- Non-Japanese participants (those studying Japanese): $5
All proceeds will be used to maintain this website and support future language exchange facilities and social events. Thank you for your understanding!
Schedule 🕒
- 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM: Check-in and Group Placement
- 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM: Japanese Conversation
- 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM: English Conversation

Atrium Food Court, 595 Bay St., M5G 2C2, Toronto

Important RSVP Information ⚠️
- No-shows or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) after the cancellation deadline will be considered a no-show. Accumulating three no-shows will result in the cancellation of your membership.
- If you anticipate being late, please message the organizer. Arriving without notice may prevent you from participating, especially if groups need to be rearranged.
Waiting List 📋
- If the event is full, you can register for the waiting list. If a spot opens up, the earliest registrants will be prioritized.

Although our group is a non-profit organization, we collect $5 per English speaker for every event. All proceeds are used to run this website and for social events.
RSVP:
- RSVP opens: 5:00 PM
- RSVP cancel deadline: Saturday, 2:00 PM (day of the event)
- RSVP close: Saturday, 3:00 PM (day of the event)
Canadian English speakers must be native or fluent in English to participate.
