About the Los Angeles Jazz Festival

The LA Jazz Festival aims to attract 250,000 attendees over its 17-day run, making it a landmark cultural and civic event. This festival will transform all of LA into a stage, aspiring to be the third-largest international jazz festival in the world and the largest Black-owned jazz festival ever. Founded by Martin Ludlow, the festival celebrates jazz while driving regional economic activity and uplifting minority- and women-owned businesses, all with a commitment to social justice and environmental responsibility.
