What Is a Patient Engagement Partner?
Serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing a positive experience by answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and addressing patient needs.
What Is a Clinical Triage Specialist RN/LPN?
Provides clinical support by answering patient calls, assessing symptoms, and using nursing judgment to determine the appropriate level of care. Uses approved triage protocols to guide patients to care options.
Additional Information:
- Remote work opportunities after successful in-person training
- Applicants must live within one hour of the Lehigh Valley
- Full-time & Part-time positions available
- Day, Evening, Night & Weekend shifts available
- Call Center and/or Healthcare Experience preferred but not required
