Join us for the Philadelphia stop of the 2026 Roadmap Roadshow! Co-hosted with Spring Point Partners and ImpactPHL at The Hive event space, this morning session is designed to complement the Asset Funders Network (AFN) conference.

Philadelphia is at a crossroads. By stepping down from the highest to the second-highest poverty rate among the nation's 10 largest cities, Philly has proven that progress toward economic mobility is real. At the same time, an incoming "silver tsunami" of retiring business owners will reshape the local economy. How we respond will determine whether these small businesses close their doors, sell to extractive capital, or get anchored locally through employee ownership to build generational wealth.

This session brings together impact investors, foundations, family offices, and the local employee-ownership (EO) community to map Philadelphia's needs against real investment opportunities. Our session will include breakfast, a panel discussion, and opportunities for collaboration and networking.
