Join us for a meaningful midsummer celebration that goes beyond the ordinary late-night party! This Juhannus Friday, immerse yourself in Nature, Saunas, Music, and Great Company.

This unique gathering is perfect for open-minded individuals who appreciate both Stillness and Celebration. Enjoy a variety of saunas, a wood-fired hot tub (palju), and a refreshing cold plunge throughout the day. Experience traditional Sauna meditation, whisking (Vihtominen), and aromatherapy. Start your day with our Feel the Sun yoga session to prepare your body and soul for the Dance later.

As the sun sets, let the uplifting music of Sauna Rave fill the air, allowing you to free your soul and release your energy around a cozy fire.

Whether you come solo, with a partner, or bring a group of friends, you'll find a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere here—free from the pressure of staying out until sunrise.

Program Schedule:

15:00–17:00 - Open Sauna Experience
Access multiple saunas, the wood-fired hot tub (Palju), cold plunge, swimming, and enjoy our guided ForestMade Sauna Rituals.

• 15:00 - This is Sauna (Mindfulness Meditation)
• 15:30 - Summer Breath (Breathing & Aromatherapy)
• 16:00 - Birch Blessing (Birch Whisk Ritual)
• 16:30 - Oak Forest (Oak Whisk Ritual)
  Each ritual lasts approximately 5–10 minutes.

17:00–18:00 - Feel The Sun – Yoga Session
A gentle and inclusive yoga practice for all levels.

18:00–22:00 - Sauna Rave
An exhilarating dance experience featuring Techno remixes of 80s, 90s, and Eurodance classics. Dance by the bonfire, enjoy the evening sun, cool off in the sea, and celebrate Juhannus uniquely!

• Refreshing Lemonade, ForestMade Shirts, and Jani Sydänsaari Art will be available for purchase.
