La Dolce Vita with Paty Vapor (BR), Harrison Heat and Boogie Rookie

La Dolce Vita is back for another round of italo madness of the year. For a pumping night of italo-love and sweet living, Jolene is guested by an super sweet lineup. For one night only we're joined by a rising star in the world of drugged up retro synth music Paty Vapor from Brazil via Berlin and by the Copenhagen rave don Harrison Heat. The two guest stars will be backed up by the Dolce resident Boogie Rookie.

PATY VAPOR (BR/DE)

Brazilian born, Berlin based Paty Vapor is an integral part of the new Berlin scene for italo-rave and clubby retro-synthesizer sounds! Her parties at Sameheads and beyond and her dj-sets have become fabled all over blending the best bits from EBM, Electro(clash), minimal synth, obscure italo, new beat etc. Characterized by powerful kicks, bold basslines, ethereal synths, and enigmatic vocals. Paty Vapor's sonic tapestry is a captivating fusion of the old and the avant-garde.

She is part of the Italian label-collective Slow Motion / Wrong Era and co-founder of the event series 'Wisdom Tits & The Mad Express presents' and the party Klaash (who’s latest guest was none other than DJ Hell). Holding a residency at the Berlin club Sameheads, she regularly showcases her sound at the pinnacle of Berlin's venues, across Europe, and in Brazil. Just the last two weeks, her impeccable taste has taken her to both Panorama Bar, Sonar Festival and now La Dolce Vita at Jolene. We can’t wait to have her on!!

HARRISON HEAT

Harrison Heat is the final boss of rave in Copenhagen. A great promoter, fantastic booker, and even better DJ, he has really put his mark on the Copenhagen dance scene bringing underground rave culture to large audiences of party-goers.
As a DJ he spans from early US disco to contemporary fast techno but somehow always keeps a red threat through it all. His sets are usually heavy on Chicago-house and he has a special love for the weird vinyl records never caving in to stupid drops or easy pop always keeping his crowd on their toes.
He will play a b2b opening set with Boogie Rookie triangulating between italo, weird ass euro house, and chicago-acid-jacking house

BOOGIE ROOKIE

For the early b2b with Harrison Heat and for the wee hours of the early next morning, Copenhagen's busiest disco jockey will be playing a selection of italo, new beat and fun retro-housey records. He might even give a sneak peak of some homemade tunes! Rock n roll meets mechanic beats and over the top synths.
