Join us for a day of joy, rest, and fun at La Ola Takeover! 🎉
On August 23, we invite you to a beach reset filled with yogilates, a mini sound bath, music, games, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and your favorite amigas.
What to Expect:
- Yogalates + Mini Sound Bath led by the wonderful Veronica Beltran from Bien Good Well. Experience a blend of Pilates strength and yoga flow, followed by a restorative sound bath to calm your nervous system.
- Move, breathe, and reset while connecting with yourself and the ocean. 🌊
Details:
- Meeting Point: La Cevicheria stand on beach 98 at 11:30 AM
- Yoga Class Start: Around 1:00 PM
- Arrive by train, ferry, bike, or carpool! 🚴♀️
We will provide umbrellas, drinks, and goodies. Please bring your own towel, sunscreen, and cash.
