Labor Day 5K

Join us in celebrating the American Worker with the 7th Annual Labor Day 5K! 🎉

Come out and run one of Orlando's most beautiful courses around Lake Baldwin. Enjoy scenic views and plenty of shade, making it perfect for both experienced runners and newcomers! 🌳

What is Labor Day?
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Labor Day is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers, serving as a national tribute to their contributions. 🇺🇸

About the Race
Hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization, this race will be RFID chip timed. All participants will receive:

• Performance race shirt 👕
• Finisher medal 🥇
• Snacks and drinks 🥤
• A swag bag filled with items from our sponsors 🎁

The race starts and finishes at Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin.

Special Pricing:

• Active Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders: $15 off registration.
• Kids 17 & Under: $10 discount automatically applied during registration.

Swag
All participants will receive a 100% polyester moisture-wicking performance shirt, race bib, finisher medal, commemorative bag, and more!

Timing
Provided by Southern Timing, LLC, results will be streamed live as you cross the finish line. Each participant will receive an individual results page with a custom finisher certificate, pace breakdown, and a 20-second clip of crossing the start & finish line!

Awards will be given to the top 3 Male & Female finishers in the following categories:

• Overall Male & Female
• Age Groups: 10 & Under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
