Join us for the exhilarating Lake Nona Triathlon! Set against the stunning backdrop of Nona Adventure Park, kick off the adventure with a refreshing swim in the pristine lake waters.

🚴‍♂️ Next, pedal through the vibrant heart of Lake Nona, taking in breathtaking views as you transition at the lively Boxi Park. The atmosphere will be electric as friends, family, and fans gather to cheer on the athletes!

🏃‍♂️ Gear up for the final leg, a 5K run, before diving into the post-race festivities back at Boxi Park. Enjoy free beer for all participants and tasty offerings from the Park’s food containers. With music, games, and activities for all ages, it’s the perfect day out for families and friends!

🎽 All participants will receive a custom tech shirt and a finisher's medal. Awards will be presented to the top three Overall Males & Females, Male & Female Masters, and the top three males & females in 5-year increments.
