In just a few days, we will return to the beautiful trails of Likhai! This event is not just about running; it's about spending time in nature, meeting new friends, discovering new paths, and taking care of the forest we explore together. Let's make this journey a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!

• Date: Sunday, August 9, 2026
• Start Time: 06:00 AM (Please arrive by 05:30 AM for preparation)
• Meeting Point: Parking lot at Ban Likhai School
• Trail Leader: Komsan Punyakeng

🏃‍♂️ Trail Checklist

• Trail Running Shoes: Choose shoes with good grip suitable for natural terrain.
• Water: Bring enough water or a water bottle for the entire trail.
• Energy Supplies: Energy gels, snacks, or electrolytes for refueling along the way.
• Essentials: Basic first aid kit and any personal medications (if needed).
• Prepare for: Approximately 13 km distance with an elevation gain of +1,000m.
• GPX File: The team will provide a link in the first comment for downloading and importing into your navigation device.
