London Ragas: Breath into Sound - Pandit Ajay Prasanna

Experience an evening of Hindustani classical music with Pandit Ajay Prasanna, one of India's leading bansuri artists, at London Ragas on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

A four-time Grammy-nominated musician, Pandit Ajay Prasanna represents the Banaras Gharana tradition and is known for blending deep classical artistry with contemporary collaborations. He will be accompanied by tabla player Kayam Hussain for an intimate baithak-style performance featuring traditional ragas, improvisation, and expressive dialogue between flute and tabla.

Hosted at Oasis Academy Silvertown, this concert offers a chance to experience the meditative and immersive nature of Indian classical music in a close listening environment.
