Lost in KYIV returns in 2026 with their fifth album We're All Going to Be Fine (Pelagic Records, June 19th), marking a symbolic new chapter as the French quartet officially changes its name from Lost in Kiev to Lost in Kyiv. Operating under the concept of having arrived from a planet called HELVETECH in the year 2099, VMO delivers a collision where black metal meets Kraftwerk, APHEX TWIN in corpse paint. Techno, black metal, industrial, noise, gabber and contemporary music collide, combust and ignite—smoke billowing, bodies and brains simultaneously moshing in an ultimate supreme extreme music art project. Currently the highest electricity-consuming unit performing in live venues and clubs, VMO's total power output is 5,000W—the equivalent of 56 amplifiers.
