What to Expect

Through meeting others, we open ourselves to new possibilities and deeper growth. We grow faster, deeper, and more sustainably when we do it together. Here, you will be seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. This event is free from drugs and alcohol, allowing us to elevate our spirits with the joy of life! 🎉

Venue

The festival takes place at Ungdomens Hus, located at Norra Skolgatan 10B, Malmö. The venue features three workshop rooms and a large event hall that accommodates approximately 200 people. A lounge with a snack bar will be available with free coffee, tea, and snacks. ☕🍩

Food

Meals will not be served on-site. Instead, enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner breaks to explore the many local restaurants and cafés. Participants may also bring their own food to share. Note: no microwave or fridge will be available.

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their own accommodation. Options include staying with friends, booking a nearby hostel or hotel, or checking for couch surfing possibilities within the community. Limited spots at Ekrosen Sanctuary, approximately 20-25 minutes from Malmö, offer 15 free beds with easy transport access to the festival by car or carpool.

Practical Information

Dress in soft, comfortable clothing and consider bringing warm socks. Please avoid strong perfumes and take a nice long shower before attending.

There will be something for everyone, from newcomers to experienced tantra practitioners.

Program

The festival begins on Friday at 17:00 with registration and a mandatory Welcome Ceremony. Saturday is filled with workshops from 7:30 to 22:30. Sunday starts at 7:30 and concludes with a closing ceremony until 17:00.

Detailed information about workshop facilitators and the schedule will be available on www.malmotantrafestival.se. You will meet facilitators from Europe, Nordic countries, and some of Malmö's local leaders. All workshops will be conducted in English.
