Gli Scappati di Casa is a vibrant community of Italians living abroad, navigating life away from home while keeping those cherished connections alive.

Mat Club embodies the same spirit: a space where you show up and move together in the open through Mat Pilates — think of it as a parkrun for Pilates!

Merging these two communities for a morning session feels like a natural fit. Same energy, different languages, shared space.

Admission: £5 — that's less than a cornetto and cappuccino, but much more meaningful. 🤌
