Join us for a rejuvenating Mindful Awareness Meditation session co-presented by UCLA Mindful, the mindfulness education center of UCLA Health! 🌼 This unique experience, available both onsite and online, offers you the opportunity to explore the moment-by-moment process of observing your physical, mental, and emotional experiences.
With scientific backing, mindfulness can help reduce stress, enhance attention, boost your immune system, lower emotional reactivity, and foster a sense of overall well-being. These enriching half-hour weekly sessions are designed for individuals of all experience levels.
Led by Diana Winston, Director of UCLA Mindful, Allyson Pimentel, Co-Director of Mindful USC, along with other instructors from UCLA Mindful, you’re invited to deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive environment.
