Monsieur Periné, led by Catalina García and Santiago Prieto Sarabia, is a musical laboratory from Colombia. Their unique and eclectic proposal blends genres like pop, jazz, and swing with Latin American sounds such as guaracha, salsa, cumbia, and bolero, always exploring new ways to express themes of the world, love, and freedom.

🎤 Founded in 2007, they quickly became one of the most innovative groups in the region. Their debut album, Hecho a Mano (2012), paved the way for international recognition, solidified by Caja de Música (2015), which earned them the Latin GRAMMY® for Best New Artist.

🏆 Since then, they have received multiple nominations at the Latin GRAMMYs, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Song, as well as nominations at the GRAMMYs (U.S.) for Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album (2016 and 2019).

🎉 In 2018, they released Encanto Tropical, featuring the hit “Bailar Contigo,” which has over 150 million streams and 65 million views on YouTube. 📀 Their fourth album, Bolero Apocalíptico (2023), further solidified their artistic reputation, winning the Latin GRAMMY® for Best Alternative Music Album. In 2024, they collaborated on notable Latin music releases, including “Hora Loca” with Rawayana and “Catalina” with Cimafunk and Fux Beat, the latter nominated for Record of the Year at the 25th Latin GRAMMYs.

🎤 In 2025, they kicked off the year with a sold-out concert at Carnegie Hall in New York and performances at major international festivals like Montreux Festival (Miami), Tecate Pa’l Norte (Mexico), and Montreal International Jazz Festival.
