Every Monday at Marula Café
MUV is an improvised music group directed through hand signals.
MUV uses a sign-based rhythm and improvisation language to create unique musical performances in real time. It flirts with Afrobeat, funk, dub, house, Latin rhythms, and more.
We kick off the week with a vinyl warm-up set, live music, lots of groove, and a guided jam session.
After the first set, we open the stage for musicians to join in and improvise with us.
