The Muzna Ultra Trail is an endurance trail running event taking place in the scenic rugged landscapes of Tiwi, Albay. Experience breathtaking mountain trails, river crossings, and scenic viewpoints around Mount Malinao while promoting:

50KM Ultra Trail

• Total Distance: 52.53 km
• Elevation Gain: ~3,000m
• Cut-off Time: 16 hours
• Start: 03:00 AM
• Start/Finish: Nagas, Tiwi

Course Description: A challenging ultra-distance race through mountain ridges and technical trails. Perfect for experienced ultra runners.

25KM Trail Run

• Distance: 25 km
• Elevation Gain: ~1,200m
• Cut-off Time: 8 hours
• Start: 5:00 AM

Course Description: A mid-distance race with rolling hills and scenic views, ideal for intermediate trail runners.

10KM Trail Run

• Distance: 10 km
• Elevation Gain: ~400m
• Cut-off Time: 4 hours
• Start: 6:00 AM

Course Description: A beginner-friendly trail race for new trail runners eager to experience the beauty of mountain running.

Mandatory Gear

50KM Requirements: Hydration vest (min. 1L), trail foods (2,000 calories), raingear, first aid kit, headlamp, emergency blanket, whistle, trail shoes, mobile phone, pocket money (1,000 php), cup.

25KM Requirements: Hydration bottle, trail shoes, mobile phone, first aid kit, cup.

10KM Recommendations: Hydration bottle advised.

Environmental Policy

The Muzna Ultra Trail advocates for Leave No Trace principles. Participants must:

• Carry their hydration cup
• Avoid littering
• Respect local communities and nature
  Violators may be disqualified.
