Nourishing Touch - Elements & Wishes

One of four evenings in the Nourishing Touch series.The workshop will be held in Czech.During the evening, we will explore how we feel when giving and receiving touch, and what sensations different elements evoke within us.We will notice when we feel at home and when we find ourselves in unfamiliar territory.We will practice how to clearly communicate the quality of touch we desire so that the other person can truly understand us.We will try different ways of asking for the right quality of touch, making sure we genuinely understand one another.Together, we will create a pleasant and safe space for experimenting with different kinds of touch and discovering what truly feels good for each of us.
