🚵‍♂️ Get Ready for a Fun Outdoor Experience! Join us on September 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM for our exciting Bike & Hike Series for all skill levels! The event kicks off from the NRH Centre at 6000 Hawk Avenue. 🚶‍♀️✨

🌳 Choose Your Adventure! Whether you prefer biking or hiking, the parks will offer diverse routes each month!

Biking: Enjoy a recreational ride ranging from 8 to 11 miles, combining trails and on-road adventures.
Hiking: Experience a refreshing 1-2 mile hike on our loop trails, guided by our friendly staff.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Open to Everyone! Families, individuals, and groups are all welcome. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle, and if you're biking, safety helmets are a must!💧
