A guided tour with art historian Karel Dudra through the exhibition 1918–1938: The First Republic at the Trade Fair Palace will explore the phenomenon of journeys, travel, discovery, and new horizons made possible by the First Republic. Participants will focus on works by Maxim Kopf, Grigory Musatov, Emil Orlik, Ferdiš Duša, and Zdeněk Rykr. Join them on a journey to New York, China, Mallorca, or Carpathian Ruthenia.
This tour is part of the Up Close with Art series. It will focus on specific sections of the collections and examine them in greater detail. Each tour will offer a new perspective on a particular theme and place it within a broader context, helping visitors better understand the collection as a whole.
