In this class, you'll learn:

• The design and operation of the Ooni/portable oven
• How to prepare, pre-heat, and bake a pizza without burning it
• Fire shield techniques using fire bricks and aluminum foil
• Heat ring charts for each burner location
• Correct dough size and two pizza recipes, including demos for both a 12" and a 16" pizza

Please note that while we will cover the essentials for making New Haven Style Pizza, detailed dough-making instructions are available in our standard brick-and-mortar class.
