Longtime friends and collaborators Emily Mann and Wila Frank make up the charming duo known as Paper Wings. Their music offers a warm embrace of pastoral folk sounds, perfectly suited for wandering through nature, engaging in quiet contemplation, or embarking on long journeys.

Furnishing their melodies with delicate banjo and mesmerizing harmonies, Frank & Mann create unforgettable performances that resonate with heartfelt sincerity. Their writing reflects themes of strength and solitude found in the wilderness, transporting listeners to open landscapes where comfort and shared questions await.

With roots extending from California and Oregon, they draw inspiration from renowned artists such as Mann Brien, Steve Earle, Aoife O'Donovan, and Sarah Jarosz. After transitioning to Nashville, they released their debut album, Paper Wings, in 2017 and followed it up with Clementine in 2019. Their heartfelt track Troubled Soul led them to open for Avi Kaplan's I'll Get By Tour.
