AI is everywhere in Customer Success right now - this event is about getting past the hype and into what's actually working.

This isn't another panel where you watch four people agree with each other for an hour. We're bringing together CS leaders who are using AI in their day-to-day work right now - the wins, the flops, the workflows they'd never give up - for a conversation shaped by your questions, not a moderator's script.

What to expect:

A panel built from your questions. Before the event, we'll ask you what you actually want answered - the panel agenda comes from your survey responses, not recycled talking points.

Real tactics, not theory. Specific tools, prompts, workflows, and use cases you can steal and apply Monday morning.

Intentional networking. Structured time to connect with peers who are wrestling with the same challenges you are - no awkward hovering by the snack table.
