Arrival & Form a Group

• Arrive, grab a name tag, and order your drink 🍹
• You will form a group of 4–6 people based on arrival time.

🔄 How the Event Works

• We play in small groups of 4–6.
• You can stay with your group as long as you’d like, or switch tables anytime to meet new people.
• Every ~40 minutes, the host will suggest a table change for those wanting a mix-up.
• If you're unsure where to go, just ask the host; they’ll introduce you to a new table.
• No pressure: some prefer to stay with the same group, while others like moving around. Both are perfectly fine!
• After game rounds, enjoy free time to mingle, replay favorite games, or chat and connect.
