Join us for Porchfest Des Moines – Waveland Park 2026! 🎉

Due to last year’s success, we’re doubling the event! Enjoy an afternoon of free live music, delicious food, and community fun in the Waveland Park neighborhood. This year, we’re closing both 44th AND 45th Street between College Ave and Forest Ave for even more music!

Admission is FREE! 🎟️ Please bring cash to tip the musicians who are graciously offering their talents for your enjoyment. Don’t forget to bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating!

🚲 Bike Racks: Pole and horse saw-style bike racks will be available, so feel free to ride over and bring your bike lock.

🛍️ Merchandise: Porchfest merchandise will also be available for purchase, including t-shirts, stickers, and koozies. Venmo and major credit cards will be accepted.

As a special part of the event, we will also be celebrating with Invest DSM for the amazing support they’ve provided our neighborhood over the last seven years.
