Join us for a weekly gathering that celebrates the essence of Practical Philosophy! This meetup invites critical thinkers to delve into stimulating topics, enhance communication skills, and foster community—all without the need for prior philosophical expertise! 😎

Practical Philosophy aims to make philosophy accessible to everyone, beyond the confines of academia. Each week, we select a topic, using our discussions to sharpen our critical thinking and communication skills as we explore together. Let’s build our Critical Thinking, Communication, and Community! 🙌

📓 HOW DOES IT WORK?

We kick off each session by choosing a compelling topic, which is shared in our WhatsApp groups along with conversation starters to set the stage.
When our group exceeds 7-8 participants, we break into smaller discussions to ensure everyone can engage fully, avoiding the feeling of a lecture.

General Meeting Agenda:

• 18:30-18:45 – Arrival and informal chat to get acquainted.
• 18:45-18:55 – Introduction to the evening’s agenda, including an overview of Practical Philosophy and the selected topic for discussion.
• 18:55-20:15 – Break into small groups to share thoughts and insights, referencing the 'jump-off' questions as helpful guides—not mandatory responses.
• 20:15-20:30 – Regroup to share key insights, followed by a group photo to capture our time together!
• 20:30 – Official meeting concludes, leaving plenty of room for further conversation afterwards in an informal setting.
