About the Professional Development Series:
The Supervisor Training Series (PDS) is a collaboration between the Kansas Small Business Development Center, the Public Policy & Management Center, and the Community Engagement Institute. It aims to deliver high-quality, relevant training for entry-to-mid-level supervisors across various industries (public, private, and nonprofit).

Each course provides actionable strategies that attendees can apply immediately in their workplace, enhancing their confidence in new or expanded roles and elevating the talent level within their organizations.
Sessions are hosted throughout the year at Wichita Public Library locations, allowing participants to choose courses and dates that best fit their schedules. You can attend single sessions or complete the full series for a more comprehensive leadership experience.
