Raumer: Norwegian black metal band. The band started as a project in Savarak's studio, with a demo EP recorded and released on Soundcloud featuring Odin on guitars, bass and drums, and Savarak on vocals (now removed from Soundcloud; material reused in upcoming EP). After Savarak took a break due to personal reasons, Odin brought together additional talented musicians. Current lineup: Erilaz (vocals), Odin (lead guitar), Hypnoticvs (rhythm/lead guitars), Ziechenbart (drums). The band's name derives from the Raumer, one of Scandinavia's 28 tribes from the Raumariki kingdom. Around 1022, Olav Haraldsson met the Raumer in the Battle of Nitja, seeking to Christianize them and teach them respect for the crown. The battle took place at Hellerudsletta by Nitelva, where the Raumer's large peasant force was defeated by the king's war-trained men, forcing them back to Christian law and governance under a common king. Hladomrak: Swedish extreme metal band forged in 2011 in Stockholm. The music draws inspiration from black metal with slight death metal influence, succumbed by nature's cold, raw, unrelenting essence in a professional, well-produced manner. Lyrics derive from the concept of Hladomrak. Current lineup: Evgenerator (guitar/vocals), Sephiroth (drums), Voltvmna (bass). The band aims to produce material at a steady pace and record as much as possible. Recently working on new material including 'Mörka Riket' (first Hladomrak track in Swedish) and 'Misanthrometer'.
