Event Overview:

🌄 Designed for high training volume, long-distance practices, or post-race recovery.
📚 Activities include guided stretching, myofascial release, breathwork, and SYNC's Refresh protocol (sauna + cold plunge).
🧘‍♂️ Participants will learn practical methods to support long-term training. Step away from your devices and reconnect with the environment, your senses, and your body.

No previous sauna or cold plunge experience needed!
Guidance provided throughout the session.
Participants will be in small groups for sauna and cold plunge rotations.
Limited spaces available for a quality experience.
