Rested Mommas: Free Community Care Circle
Hey Momma,
Join us for The Rested Mommas Community Care Circle! 🌼
This month's topic: Assertive Communication — Learn how to ask for what you need while keeping your nervous system calm!
What to Expect:
- 🤝 An in-person gathering of local moms eager to boost their energy and focus on what matters most.
- 🗣️ Facilitated discussions and practical training designed to maintain calmness while communicating your needs.
- 🛠️ A toolkit to help you practice asking for help, empowering you to be braver in everyday life.
- 🏡 A safe, confidential space where you can be seen, heard, and supported without fear of judgement.
This is for you if:
- You're tired of running on empty and constantly being in survival mode.
- You're prioritizing everyone else's needs while neglecting your own.
- You're juggling work, family commitments, and playdates, all while striving to create a better future for your kids.
This gathering is created and facilitated by Anastasiya Rutus, a Rest Coach and devoted mom of two. Anastasiya aims to transform how women approach rest, helping them reach their goals without burning out or missing out on life.
As a Rest Coach, she supports women ready to fill their lives with intentional rest practices and joyful moments.
