Join us for an enriching three-day journey of dance and movement with Malou Dee & Ida Frost! 🌟 Immerse yourself in a dance experience where technique dances with play, and structure mingles with impulse. Over these transformative days, let curiosity, power, softness, and connection guide your movements and interactions with others. 💃

What to Expect:

• Morning Sessions: Engage in gentle movement practices to expand your physical capabilities.
• Noon Sessions: Participate in guided improvisation, groove & rhythm, and explore partnering and floor techniques.
• Afternoon Sessions: Wind down with reflection, writing, and a soothing cool-down, culminating in bodywork and saunagus on the final day.

• Ida Frost: A dynamic dancer and performer with a diverse background in gymnastics, urban grooves, and contemporary dance, Ida embodies expression and curiosity in every movement.
• Malou Dee: With a strong foundation in dance theater and urban styles, Malou is passionate about facilitating movement experiences that allow bodies to grow and connect deeply.
